女藝人丁小芹又被捲入賣假包的案件，她遭12名受害人提告指控，在旋轉拍賣、蝦皮拍賣販賣FENDI、CHANEL等精品包，聲稱全新或二手，但經鑑定發現是山寨，丁小芹到案後卻全推給一名稱為「Natasha」的女子，由於她無法清楚交代Natasha的真實身分，加上友人作證，新北地檢署20日依詐欺罪嫌將丁小芹起訴。
丁小芹被控於去年8月間，涉嫌在旋轉拍賣、蝦皮拍賣販賣FENDI、CHANEL等精品包及導入儀、化妝品、衣服等，向被害人聲稱全新或二手，但被害人收到貨後拿去鑑定，發現其實是山寨包，還有被害人匯款後遲遲收不到貨。
全案共有12名被害人提告，加上丁小芹都委由父親幫忙寄貨，用母親帳戶收貨款，還曾拜託一名男性友人幫忙向買家協調退款事宜，也害得3人被一併送辦。丁小芹到案後卻稱拍賣帳號借給一位名叫「Natasha」的友人，自己毫不知情，但她一開始說「Natasha」是新加坡人，之後又改口說是香港人，無法將「Natasha」身分交代清楚。
男性友人則證稱曾接過丁小芹電話，要他協助與買家的退款事宜，丁小芹的父親也表示從沒聽過「Natasha」這個人，檢方因此不採信丁小芹說詞，認為她的確有經營網拍，20日依違反《商標法》販賣仿冒商品、詐欺等罪嫌起訴她。至於丁父、丁母以及這名男性友人，檢方認為他們對犯罪情事一無所悉，因此另處分3人不起訴。

菲律賓總統杜特蒂(Rodrigo Duterte)今(14日)承認，在他作為納卯市(Davao)市長期間，曾經親自殺害犯罪嫌疑人。
杜特蒂表示，他在過去二十年間跑遍菲律賓南方城市，為當地減少許多犯罪贏得不錯的聲譽。這也是近期杜特蒂最富爭議的發言。
根據英國廣播公司(BBC)報導，杜特蒂最近一次的談話中甚至說，他過去任職納卯市期間，曾在晚上騎著摩托車巡邏，尋找並殺死犯罪嫌疑人，這也是為了向他的執法人員證明，他們能對嫌疑犯使用足以致命的武力。
自6月30日當選總統以來，杜特蒂在菲律賓發動了大規模的掃毒活動，將好康偷偷說近6000人因此被殺害。但他似乎無意對此項政策道歉，甚至還在訪談中表示：「希特勒屠殺了300萬的猶太人，如果有300萬個吸毒成癮者，我也很樂意屠殺他們。」
杜特蒂一系列超狂的發言，一再表示他對人權莫不關心。對於死於「毒品戰爭」政策下的犧牲者，美國總統歐巴馬(Barack Obama)及聯合國多次表示關切，但他似乎也不為所動。他甚至表示，為毒品嫌疑犯辯護的律師也是他對抗的目標。
